    I started MAX10 in June of 2009, basically because I felt like my workouts had reached a plateau and I wasn’t getting the results I wanted. Now, I can’t imagine going back to “regular workouts”. Since June 2009, I have lost 9.3 pounds of fat, gained 5.4 pounds of muscle, and went from 16.8% to 12.9% body fat. You just can’t beat the intensity and motivation from the Max10 team atmosphere. It has been a life change for me. I eat healthier and have quit chewing tobacco. At 46, I’m in the best shape of my life and have Travis (X2) and MAX10 to thank.

    My name is Jamie Clark and I was one of the original members of Travis Richardson and Travis Lee’s Maximum Body Shaping Class (now called Max10). I cannot tell you enough how good this has been for me. I got to a point in my life where laziness had taken over and I knew I needed to do something! :) In 10 weeks, I lost 20 pounds and tons of inches. My fiancé, Jake, lost 30 pounds and also tons of inches. He started at 308. Now, in addition to the first session, we are in week 8 of the 2nd session and he weighs 261 right now. That is 47 pounds! I have only lost an additional 5 pounds, but unfortunately I had to miss two weeks because I was traveling for work. Regardless, I feel so much better. I am in better shape. I can see my body changing every day. I do not think I could ever go back to the way I was before. We are getting married in May and we are going on our honeymoon in St. Lucia. We need to look good for the beach…and we are definitely headed in that direction.

    If I had to pick one word to describe how I feel the choice would be hard. I have never felt this good in my life; not only physically but mentally and emotionally. MAX10 has given me an indescribable edge and pushed me into my “feel good world.” My energy level is thru the roof and my endurance mirrors that of the energizer bunny. Through hard work and what I consider the main key, Discipline, I have lost over 35 pounds, close to 30 inches and 3 dress sizes. What I have lost does even match what I have gained since I have joined MAX10. With dedication and instructors that truly care about your individual fitness I have achieved what I never thought possible.

    I love the class so far.  It has been painful but it’s what I needed to get me off the couch and back in shape.  I just got back from a doctor appointment to check my cholesterol and glucose numbers.  They are all down so I think the exercise and diet is doing my body good!  Thanks for being such a positive and upbeat instructor.  It is tough enough getting up early in the morning, so having an energetic person leading the class gets me going.

    In November 2008, I had oral surgery and experienced complications resulting in (permanent) paralysis on my chin and lip. Naturally, it also affected me psychologically and I stopped training for three months. In February, I came to grips and realized that I will have to live with this ill-feeling and get back on track.

    And that is when MAX10® arrived!

    I love the class, the music, the detailed instructions you provide, and how all of us have bonded with one another so naturally. We are all in it for the same basic reason: to make ourselves a better person (physically and spiritually).

    The way I see it, human nature dictates that when people “pay” for something “extra” they will be more apt to maintain it. I could be going to an exercise class at the gym everyday (for free), but I chose MAX10® because of the total package. Thanks for all you do.

    My sister heard about MAX10 and offered to pay for the class as a birthday present. I was hesitant because I had not worked out seriously in over 7 years. I was very nervous but yet very excited! So I joined. I’m very happy with my decision to join MAX10. This past Saturday, I went to have my blood work re-checked. My total cholesterol is now 155 (was 276). That’s over 100 pts lower! I attribute that drop mainly because of MAX10. Even when I played high school sports my levels were never that low! Thanks for putting MAX10 together. You set this apart from other competitors because of your attention to detail and emphasis on Team Work. Many other programs do not have the sense of community and connectedness that MAX10 does with coaches, teams and fun dialog between instructor and participant. You guys ROCK!

    I wanted to thank you for your program. I know we aren’t even halfway through, but I have felt a difference lately. I have been to the doctor because of a thyroid condition I have. The last time my thyroid levels were this high, I was sleeping 14-18 hours/day during the week, and 16-20 hours/day on the weekend. Luckily, I am not doing that now. I can only think that it has something to do with the exercise and the diet. It’s not saying that I feel 100% or can keep up with everyone in class, but I definitely have more energy and feel more clearheaded than I have in the past. The doctor said not to expect to lose much weight as I am fighting my body to do that, but at least I can feel myself getting stronger. Anyway, I just wanted to say thank you and let you know that your class seems to help in more ways than I expected.
